As a Design Consultant, I am in charge of brand development, visual design, and UX and UI design for few services and products.- Conducting user research: surveys, focus groups and interviews.- Creating user requirements documentation, functional requirements, personas, and user task flows- Designing wireframes, reviewing design with stakeholders and end users, providing redline instructional doc to developers- Overseeing development implementation of design guidelines- Designing best-practice guidelines- Creating logo, color palette, report and presentation templates, and other marketing materials- Conducting review meetings with stakeholders to gather design feedback- Conducting usability testings on the portal and revise design based on results
